Why Sleep is your SUPERPOWER

It’s true, sleep is a nutrient, and engaging in adequate, good-quality sleep can have all these benefits and more and I offer sleep prescriptions to all my patients!

But all too often we de-prioritize sleep, denying ourselves of all the feel-good benefits. Here are some things you can do today in order to improve your quality of sleep.

  • Move your phone out of the bedroom
  • Limit caffeine and alcohol
  • Stop eating at least 1-2 hours before bedtime
  • Begin a soothing nighttime ritual like reading, meditating, or a warm bath to prepare your body for rest

You will start to experience the benefits to your mind and body in just one night!
